2.3 carat Ethiopian opal adjustable ring. Set in 925 setting. Stone size is approx. 10mm x 8mm. Adjustable from about a size 6 to 10. Pictures taken under a $5 LED light and my iPhone. Reminder, I'm not a jeweler and these rings were originally made for just me. I prefer the stones natural looking with possible matrix, inclusions or some polishing scratches. These are all created from rough rocks that I grind and polish into cabs. Ethiopian opals are hydrophane, meaning they will absorb water. It’s recommended to take these off when showering, washing hands, etc.
